How much is my shipping?
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING in the lower 48 United States. Hawaii and Alaska will be charged $14.00.
Your credit card will be charged under our corporate name of Ashley Danae Designs.
When will my order ship?
Most merchandise will ship within 2-4 business days.
Once your item ships, ground USPS shipping will take up to 4 days includes Saturday delivery.
Please Note:
I received the wrong product.
We can only issue refunds/exchanges on defective and damaged items. Damages occured during delivery needs to be addressed directly with carrier service.
Your replacement product will only be issued once the wrong item has been returned. If you request a replacement, we will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the return.
RETURN POLICY
In the event that you receive the wrong product(s), we will send you the correct replacement item(s). Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise by e-mailing customer service at customerservice@ashleydanaedesigns.com. You will then need to return the item by placing the merchandise back in the original shipping box, just as you received it and ship it to our returns department at:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Ashley Danae Designs Company. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to offer a refund* (minus shipping costs), or an exchange (minus shipping costs) for any unused product purchased. Please inspect your merchandise immediately to determine if your item(s) have any defects. Items must be returned within 10 days* of receiving your package. We must receive the return within 20 days (allowing 10 days for shipping). If your merchandise is not received within this time frame or is not returned in new condition with all packaging intact, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please Note:
Customers that "refuse delivery" or "returned to shipper" as means to return merchandise, will still be charged full value of the order. We will hold the returned merchandise for 30 days, at which time it will be become the property of Ashley Danae Designs. During that 30 days, customers may request the merchandise to be reshipped to them, however customer agrees to pay all new shipping costs.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Although we will post your credit in this time frame, your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your account. If after the allotted time you still have not seen a credit, please either contact our offices or your credit card company prior to filing a dispute. Any erroneous disputes filed, will be charged a $25.00 fee by Ashley Danae Designs.
