Why Should I create an account?
Having an account with us streamlines the ordering process for you. Your account will retain all of your relevant information including your billing address, order history and return/credit/exchange/backorder/rain check history. Once you have created an account with us, you will be able to access your account information through the "My Account" link. You can access your account at any time to update/revise your information. If you lose your password, don’t worry we can email it to you.
How do I create an account?
Click the "Log In" link at the top of any page on our website & you will fill out the information below "New? Create an Account..."
Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. Once you have created an account with us, you will be able to access your account information through the "my account" link. How do I edit my account information
Click the "Log In" link at the top of the page to edit your account information.
I forgot my password
Please ensure your password is kept in a safe place when you initially set it up. If for some reason you have lost this information, click the "Log In" link at the top of the page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected for Washington state residents and/or if shopping in person at our local shows in Washington. Sales tax is based on the current State of Washington taxation rate and can change at anytime. While shopping on our Web site you must choose the Washington resident box if you are a resident. Regardless, you will be charged. If shopping in person, you can opt to have your merchandise shipped to your out of state address and no sales tax will be collected. However, if you decide to take your merchandise with you, you will be charged Washington state sales tax.
I have a question on my charges.
All charges will appear on your statement under Ashley Danae Designs.
Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our Web site with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at customerservice@ashleydanaedesigns.com for further assistance.
What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can enter your credit card information safely on-line. All of the information is encrypted.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is placed. Our online transaction system processes in real-time.
ORDER STATUS
My order never arrived.

An order is missing from my shipment.
Some items on your order may be on back order and in some cases out of stock. Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view the tracking information. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at customerservice@ashleydanaedesigns.com for assistance.
